Notes:
1.Arrival - Please do not arrive before 3pm. Please have buses unload and park on the west side of the school, in the parking lot nearest to the track.Please check in at the table adjacent to the finish line, where course maps are available.
2.Race Times - High School Boys 4pm; High School Girls 4:25pm; Middle School Boys & Girls 4:45pm
3.Awards - Top 20 High School Boys and Girls race; Individual winner gets a trophy, medals to next 19. Team trophys to first place Boys and Girls teams.
Top 15 Middle School boys and girls (each) get medals.
4.Coaches are responsible...
* for getting their runners to the starting line on time; races will begin as scheduled. PLEASE have you runners at the line 10 minutes prior to their start.
* for card results. Please have your athletes fill out their finish cards at the scoring table (at the Finish Line) and turn them in to the Scorer seated at the table.
* for conduct of their athletes. Please keep them out of the building (school). Please keep non-participating athletes clear of the finish area as runners are finishing.
